More than just a Valve Company...KVC (UK) Ltd are happy to announce that in conjunction with our China based partner, we are now able to offer the facilities of KVC (UK) Ltd., Heavy Machining Division to accept machining orders .
This modern, extensively equipped and recently extended machine shop facilities can offer the capability to handle all forms of large scale machining as well as small to medium parts in either volume or small run quantities.
Our facility in fully accredited to ISO 9001:2000.
Our Engineers are fully qualified and offer a wealth of experience, having already undertaken projects from World leading end users, in the fields of Pump Manufacture, Marine Engineering Parts, Wind Turbine Production, Blast Doors, as well as Mining Machinery, Injection Moulding Machines, Machine Press Parts, and not forgetting our own core valve products.
We can also offer machining for Gear Casings & Motor Housings.
Our Client base for the Machining Facilities is drawn from Blue Chip, Market leading companies in their respective fields, with projects being shipped to destinations in the UK, Germany, USA and Japan, amongst others.
The Machining Facilities are co-located with our Trunnion Mounted Valve production facility. These are located in Southern China, conveniently situated within a 2 hour drive from Shanghai, and within easy reach of the major air hubs and sea ports. It is well connected via major highways and rail links to Shanghai, allowing for convenient shipment of finished goods.

We offer our facilities for both small & large scale work, in terms of both physical size with single work pieces in excess of 10 tonnes being accommodated, and in terms of production runs, with individual items and large production runs being equally accommodated.
With our balance of both CNC & Traditional machines, and the expertise of our workforce, we offer you the flexibility of individual, bespoke work pieces and the capacity of upscale, repeatable production runs.

Size Matters!!
KVC UK have recently supplied a large quantity of Large bore Trunnion Mounted ball Valves. The scope of works ranged from 12” up to 48” Valves. This included one 48”, two 42” and five 36” valves. These were manufactured in a variety of materials including 316 Stainless steel, and even our regular customer was amazed with our successful 10 week delivery as we pulled out all the stops.Date added: 23/11/09
