	The procurement of a product or service is affected by specifying it's quality, delivery and price, it is relatively easy to specify delivery requirements and price, but a standard of some sort is required to consistently specify it's quality.

	To assure is to inspire confidence, therefore KVC Quality Assurance is a declaration given to inspire confidence, that our organisation is capable of consistently satisfying it's customers needs and expectations.

	KVC have implemented a revised QA System to enable quality assurance to be applied within the company to meet the requirements of the latest Quality Standard ISO 9001:2000 and API Spec Q1 and Spec 6D requirements.
